Een fietsverzekering is aan te raden. De kosten zijn € 3,- per dag of dagdeel.

De verzekering geldt voor diefstal van de rentalbike, het kabelslot en eventuele schade aan de rentalbike. U moet de fiets op slot zetten zoals u dat bij afhalen geïnstrueerd wordt.

Bij geen verzekering betaalt u € 350,- borg.

Bij de huur van een rentalbike moet u een borg van € 50,- per fiets borg betalen. En wij maken een kopie van uw Creditcard en Paspoort of ID card of Rijbewijs.

Bij het niet inleveren van de rentalbike door bijvoorbeeld diefstal verliest u uw borg van € 50,- en de vervangingswaarde van het slot en eventuele extra gehuurde items.

Kunt u de sleutel van het vaste fietsslot en de sleutel van het losse kabelslot niet samen aan ons terug geven dan moet u ons de vervangingswaarde van de fiets en de sloten vergoeden.

De rentalbike is € 375,- + 38,- slot
De rentalbike Plus is € 475,- + 38,- slot.

U bent persoonlijk aansprakelijk voor diefstal van uw huurfiets. Als u de rentalbike kwijtraakt door b.v. diefstal moet u direct aangifte doen van diefstal bij de politie.

Wij ontvangen van u graag een kopie van de aangifte bij de Politie.

De fietsen van rentalbikes worden goed onderhouden en bij elke inname gecontroleerd.

Heeft u toch technische problemen of schade aan de rentalbike, ga dan naar de winkel van no1 rental bike op de Westerstraat 115 in Amsterdam. Neem een bewijs van uw huurcontract mee.

Wij vergoeden geen reparatiekosten uitgevoerd door andere bedrijven.

Heeft per ongeluk schade veroorzaakt aan een ander. Of aan de spullen van een ander. Dat vinden wij erg vervelend voor u, maar No1 Rentalbike is daar niet aansprakelijk voor.

Als u de rentalbike ergens parkeert maak dan uw fietstassen leeg, laat geen tassen aan de fiets hangen, zelfs wanneer uw fiets in een afgesloten garage wordt gestald.

Rentalbike is niet aansprakelijk voor uw persoonlijke items die van de fiets gestolen worden. Gebruik altijd de 2 sloten. Zet de Rentalbike altijd met het kabelslot vast aan een vast punt.
